NaNoWriMoOrBust is my motto for the 2008 National Novel Writers Month. This is my first time – a NaNoWriMo virgin. Will I make it? Can I write a 50,000 page novel by midnight (local time) 30 November without worry? Can I make my inner critic, that harridan of an editor shut the hell up because I don need to care bout grammar, puncunation, spellin, or boring plot and/or characters until December? Will the beauty of Costa Rica as well as the graciousness of Los Ticos seduce me away from my purpose, my goal, to bask in la purva vida (the pure life? ) instead? Oh, what a dilemma.
